I would highly recommend using Cindy as a realtor. She sold our lot in a timely fashion and was very professional. She was patient with us when we wanted to list for a bigger price than she thought we would get and reduced the price gradually keeping our listing at the top of the MLS list. She kept us informed about all the comparable properties as soon as anything new showed up in our neighborhood. She was well informed about the whole process and offered help arranging for lawyers etc. I feel we ended up getting the best price possible for our lot.
